Tried Life Fitness at hotel in Orlando and fell in love with the products...wide range of uses and settings...and at 65, something I hope to use for years to come.
I had fallen way off the path over the years. After undergoing a hip replacement I used a similar recumbent cycle in PT. I really liked that I could get some work in and save the pounding on my lower back so I got one for myself. I am now on it 5 days a week and thrilled by the results and the challenge. Easy to use and quiet so I don't disturb others in the house. I highly recommend this.
Very impressed with the ease of use and how quiet the bike is. I had previously owned an upright Life Fitness bike which was much noisier than this one. This is much better than expected.
