I have had this bike for over 3 months. I use it at least 3 times a week (alternating with weight training or running on other days) in ~1 hr spin sessions. I have used it for hill, sprint, HIIT, torque, etc. sessions of all kinds and have had no trouble whatsoever! Pros: 1) Adjustments are straightforward to make. 2) Getting in and out of the saddle is easy and the base is sturdy even if you are doing low rpm and wobbling yourself back and forth. 3) Resistance range it big. Low resistance is easy for warming up; I cannot get close to the very highest resistances (staying around, e.g., 60 rpm) at all! So there is plenty of range and the lever has notches so you can roughly estimate how much resistance you are adding or removing in intervals. 4) Quiet! (Con below: not totally silent) 5) Longevity: It is just as I bought it 3 months ago. It is commercial gym quality, so using it 3-4 times a week, it should last many years. 6) Warranty is good, reflecting their confidence in the model's longevity! 7) Shipping was quick and easy, even though I'm on the third floor of an apartment building. Cons: 1) It was not simple to set up. I did it alone and it took 2 hours, including two trips to the tool supply store to make sure I had all the right hex keys and torque wrench heads. All told, though, it was not too bad and I had a great workout from getting it set up! ;) 2) It is quiet but not silent. I am on the top floor of a three-story apartment complex and my downstairs neighbors…
