The Life Fitness Covered Resistance Tube adds durability and peace of mind to a fitness favorite! The stretchy gray nylon sleeve protects the tubing from nicks, cuts, overstretching. The ergonomic plastic handles feature a textured rubber grip for stability and comfort. Five color coded resistances, clearly listed on the nylon handle straps. Interior tube is 60" long, but will stretch. Sold individually.

I love resistance tubes (bands)!

I used these a hotel gym once out of curiosity, I ended up enjoying the workouts so much I came home and ordered the whole set! Five bands: Extra Light, Light, Medium, Heavy, & Extra Heavy. They are all great depending on what type of exercise you're trying to accomplish. Compared to other bands that I looked at, these seemed the most durable. I also like the outer covering as well, it has a soft feel if your doing a workout that requires the band to press against you. Give them a try, you will not be dissapointed.
