For every skill level

When feet issues made long walks impossible, and therapists warmed me up on a recumbent bike, painlessly, it was time. My research paid off with this bike. Easy levels for newbies, and over Christmas my son, a serious biker, loved using it to the max. Always VERY quiet, and rock solid. Now I can walk again, but I continue to use the bike as well, and what a blessing during bad weather. And because it is so quiet I can easily watch TV or listen to something to pass the time. Loved the white glove set up too.

RS1 Lifecycle is an excellent buy

I use my RS1 Lifecycle everyday and love the way I can track my workouts for calories spent, duration of workout and manage my heart rate response.

Almost perfect but flawed

The mechanism is as smooth as butter. I get a great aerobic workout. My only two complaints are the touchscreen is somewhat finicky. It feels like I have to press slightly to the left left of each button to register input. Also the heart monitor indication on the screen stops functioning after about a half hour. Where these two problems addressed it would be perfect.
