RS3 Lifecycle Exercise Bike

This was a gift for my husband who was having back issues and needed to move more as part of his recovery and to help him lose weight. We paid a litter extra for set up and couldn't be happier. Lifefitness is a great company!

Overall, I love the bike - I especially like that I can vary my workout in any way I want. I can do interval one day, endurance the next, etc. The only thing I would do to improve the ride is to be able to adjust the back of the seat to better support the lumbar region of the back.

I am not a gym rat, nor am I casual or an avid excerciser. But I do an hour a day of some kind of healthy excercise, and we do yoga two days a week. We have had a LIFE FITNESS stationary bike for twelve years, we loved it AND there is NOTHING wrong with it, it's still like new. When on vacation recently I worked out at the gym at the resort we stayed at and I tried the LIFE FITNESS-RECUMBENT Bike and I loved it, the seat is so much more comfortable. So we bought one. It is so comfortable, easy to use, easy to adjust the seat, back, etc.. The settings are easy to figure out. All in all. My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase. And the customer service is outstanding!

Easy to use

The RS3 Lifecycle Exercise Bike is in a word ""fantastic."" I can push myself hard or take it down a notch and still get a great workout. The built-in heart monitor is a plus for good, accurate feedback. The recumbent design eliminates all low back stress. The cycle is surprisingly quiet. The seat is so easy to adjust that it's a piece of cake switching positions between my wife and myself, plus we both love the tilt options. The Go Console is clear, easy to read, and permits on the fly adjustments to my workout routine. The custom workout option is a big bonus and easy to program. I would recommend the RS3 to anyone who wants a fun activity to get in shape or to stay in shape.
