This elliptical has been a life saver!

So very happy to still be able to work out with my bulged L5-S1 disc. The treadmill was way too hard of an impact to walk on, and the pain in my right leg caused by sitting ruled out biking. The versatility of this elliptical continues to amaze me and I'm so extremely happy to have it. Definitely one of the best purchases I've ever made for myself!!

I love this elliptical

I am 6'3"" and need both knees replaced. If I walk 5 miles I pay for it. But with this elliptical I can exercise for an hour every day without pain. And the adjustable stride length allows me to set the stride where it is natural and comfortable. I love this elliptical!

Life Fitness has the best products in the market.

The products are made to be tough and easy to use. I purchased my first Life Fitness Elliptical X5 in 2003 and used it five day a week for 14 years. I just updated it for the E5 Elliptical Trainer and gave the old X5 to my brother and he uses it daily. Life Fitness equipment is durable and designed for every fitness level. I would recommend Life Fitness to everyone, they are the best in the fitness equipment business.

Solid construction, on the fly adjustments, silent function

I like to exercise by riding my bike outdoors during the spring, summer, and fall but until this year I didn't have an exercise routine that worked for me. The E5 elliptical trainer has been a great low impact outlet. It is very quiet so it is easy to watch TV while I exercise. I have tried going to the gym but rarely found the time after the first two weeks. I am a big guy and the trainer feels very solid and well constructed. I especially like the ability to change the stride length and the resistance on the fly. This has definitely been a purchase that I continue to use and enjoy.
