All though i really love love this product. But thier customer service need to emproved. They are really hard to keep in touch with this guys.
This is our second T5. We bought our first nearly 10 years ago and used it up with daily workouts. We've also had great service and advice during the very few times we had small issues. The T5 is a superb machine in every way.

I have owned Life Fitness products for decades (Lifecycles and Elipticals), but this was my first treadmill. This home treadmill is great quality - similar to the gym - but at a home gym price. Great value. The machine is very sturdy and the Flex Deck is terrific.
I adore my T5 Treadmill and highly recommend it for those looking for an in-home treadmill. It has been reliable, sturdy and I love the longer length of the base.
